You need to be an active subscriber at the time of signing the lease and the rental
has to have been posted on VacancyNet.com by the Landlord. |

2. |
Ask your property manager/owner to download, sign and submit the Landlord/Owner Lease
Acknowledgement form available to landlords when logged-in to VacancyNet.com
or LandlordPortal.com; this form has to be submited within 5 business days of the signed lease. |

You are done; receive your $100 check in the mail!
